Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, shaping who I am and how I approach every challenge. As a former Royal Marine with five years of service, I bring discipline, resilience, and a results-driven approach to personal training.
A Hyrox podium finisher last year, I lead by example, showing how strength training can improve longevity, mental health, and overall well-being. My coaching style emphasizes strict form all while keeping workouts enjoyable. I’ll ensure that you will leave your sessions feeling stronger, healthier, and more empowered.
